There will be another bull run

The halving creates a miraculous time of tremendous opportunity, one which theoretically will reach exhaustion at some point. Many people are convinced that 2025 is the year that the bullruns stop. They argue that there won't be enough of an impact from the halving. I would argue that barring outright economic collapse there will be another bull run, just like there was in 2013, 2017 and 2021. Let's look at some numbers: Pre-halving: 6.25 BTC mined per block. 900/day 900 x $27,500 = $24,750,000 44M unique addresses (26M more than 2020) and 250,000 confirmed transactions daily https://explodingtopics.com/blog/blockchain-stats "The Chinese are coming" (and I'm sure the "Saudis are (still) buying"). The impact of this cannot be underestimated. Maybe it takes a while to kick in and I'm sure they'll ban it again soon enough, but it will have an effect. Plus, the halving creates hype and brings other new users. When BTC touches $50K again, ...

All these "top" analysts predicting prices are selling snake oil and should never be listened to.

We have all seen those articles haven't we, "Top analyst predicts X coin is about to pump" and these articles just keep on coming because if you throw enough shit at wall, something will stick. (Cough cough plan B cough..) Also if someone actually knew what's going to happen why will they tell you? They will rather sell everything they own , max out their cards and will take their positions and get rich or will go and sell that info to the richest firms and take a share in the profits. Maybe not in top coins but for smaller coins they are also an attempt at pump and dump. They are nothing more than an attempt to grab a few clicks and drive some traffic to the site , And should be ignored as much as possible, and certainly don't take any positions based on them.. submitted by /u/throwaway23110504 [link] [comments] http://dlvr.it/Spb5l2

The new FTX CEO confirmed FTX 2.0 on court documents

There were rumours that FTX could undergo a relaunch somewhere down the line after the initial smoke had cleared, there were alot of assets and proprietary infra that could make the business viable (of course would likely need a rebrand) and that seems to be the long term vision. Some recently published court documents on kroll outline the monthly activities done by the firm and on page 16 it says: Review and finalize 2.0 reboot of exchange material for distribution Because they’re so deep in the whole, id imagine it would be structured somewhat similar to Celsius where private equity/VCs would get an opportunity to get a piece and then creditors would be issued token shares on account of liquidity shortfalls. Obviously this would be incredibly scandalous and regulatory approval would be even more rigorous than usual because of the high profile, but its good to see that theres an end goal rather than a straight up liquidation. submitted by /u/marsangelo [link] [comments]...

Stalking a Scammer: 21 Rugpulls in 5 Days and Counting.

Follow up to my first post on this subject: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/13kiyqv/im_stalking_a_scammer_and_have_watched_them/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3 First I would like to give a huge thank you to u/TerraceTower for answering my primary question from the previous post: the second "approve coin" I was asked to sign but wasn't charged gas for was in reality a way for the scammer to blacklist any address that swapped for the scam coin - making it impossible to swap back. Brief rundown: I use dextools to find new trading pair contracts. When I'm frisky I make a gamble on a random, new shitcoin. Extremely high scam rate. 5 days ago I bought a coin that rugged minutes later. I angrily and stupidly followed the scammers address and bought the very next coin they bought. This also rugged, turned out by the exact same person. I got genuinely curious at this point and followed them back to their origin wallet. I discovered tha...

Crypto pyramid scheme?

I have now seen a couple of people on Facebook posting success stories of people they have helped get out of debt via crypto currency, and feels like get rich quick scam. All the posts are all a similar narrative… “Using my platform, I helped (insert name) cash in on $164k in profits to that used towards debt” There are screenshots of message exchanges that references their platform (but don’t say what the platform is), mining sessions, they reference the blockchain, and mention needing to put a request in to withdraw funds. Before all the success posts one person posted that earned a cryptocurrency consortium certificate. I say “get rich quick scam” because if this person was able to help people produce these alleged amounts of money why wouldn’t they themselves just do the program as a means of income. Myself by no means am an expert, but I am pretty familiar with multiple cryptos currencies or at least how they are created, can be traded, or used as currency. But has anyone...
